Answers to some of your most common questions.

Do I need to own land already?

You'd be off to a great start if you did.  If not, Beeman Custom Homes may have property available.  Refer to the "Available" tab for more information.  Before you purchase property, they will meet and walk it with you so you can get the Builder's perspective.

How long does it take to build?

Once all contracts, financing and HOA approval (if applicable) is complete, the construction site is immediately prepped.  The size of the home dictates the time but for a 3500-ish sqft home, it will normally be completed within 9 months of the foundation pour.   

Can you build on my lot?

Absolutely!  Schedule a visit so we can check it out! 

What's included

(and not included)?

What's included?  A turn-key house that is move-in ready.

What's not?  Landscaping.

Is there a warranty?

Beeman Custom Homes provides a 2/10 warranty with all custom home builds.  It adds a piece of mind to the customer knowing their investment is protected for years to come!

How do construction loans work?

With construction loans, you only pay interest on the amounts that have been drawn.  Example:  You are approved for a $500,000 loan at 7%.  If your 1st draw is for $5000, then your first payment would be $350.  Don't forget your land needs to be owned by you prior to building so it is common for your 1st draw to pay off the property.
